  • When does the clock start?
    The clock starts when we arrive at the first stop. We don’t charge for drive time to the initial pickup (up to an hour). Additional charges will apply for pickups that require more than an hour of drive time.
  • Do I tip the driver or is gratuity included in the rate?
    15% gratuity fee will automatically applied to all reservations with 5 or more passengers. All vehicles are equipped with mobile credit card readers to process tips and additional gratuity.
